As the company grows into the Egyptian market and the Middle East, they want to be more proactive and make sure their service is delivered at the highest standard. Talabat Egypt contracted us to create their first of a kind anti-sexual harassment riders policy. Intervention included:

• Drafting the anti-sexual harassment riders policy

• Creating the call center guide to handling sexual harassment complaints if any

• Building the capacity of the training team via ToT training

• Coaching the trainers in live training
